My Omron Fitness Update – Starting Out #iHeartOmron

Uncategorized

I just received all of my Omron Fitness product which includes the HJ-323U connected pedometer and the 510W Scale. Now that the fitness challenge is all in we’re being held accountable for all of our loss. I was shocked when I stepped onto the scale and it’s just an even bigger motivator.  I’ll share more about the products I’m using very soon!

To stay motivated check out this video from Bob Greene for us participants!

So far I’m still working on my diet and exercise routine. Mostly my diet needs help. I have a big sweet tooth and I can eat bread all day every day. I’m finding it hard to not have those things and am hoping with actual meal planning I can be more successful at this part.I make a lot of excuses to myself like allowing myself some dessert and telling myself I’ll just make it up at the gym.

Exercise: Trying for 10,000 steps a day, Zumba twice a week, Workout as provided. Weights and squats at the gym. I’d really like to just stay dedicated to moving and staying active at home throughout my entire day.

My Body: I can already feel a difference as my body starts to tighten up. Today I was sore from my workout yesterday which was a great feeling. It makes me want to work harder!

I feel ya on the sugar & breads. Stevia works only so far for me – there is no substitute for sugar! But here is a list of what our bodies need when we crave certain things. You might print up this list and post it on your fridge and try giving your body what it’s really asking for when a craving strikes. It might make your journey easier & more healthy! Good luck mama – you can do it!
