I am so excited to announce that I have been picked as one of the #iheartOmron Fitness Challenge Ambassadors with Mamavation! I worked hard two years ago to lose weight and ended up dropping a little over 50 pounds! A few years later and another baby and I’m back where I started. Ready to lose the weight and get healthy! I’m starting this challenge motivated and I really hope this will lead to a more healthy life for me and my family!
During this challenge I will also receive a number of products from Omron. Which includes the HJ-323U connected pedometer, the 510W Scale, and the new Strapless Heart Rate Monitor (HR-5ooU). The pedometer and strapless heart rate monitor will sync with the Omron Fitness Dashboard and I hope this will be a helpful resource for me to use.
My current plan includes a home workout designed by Mr. BookieBoo, some time on the treadmill at the gym and Zumba twice a week. Personally I love to dance so going to Zumba will be my treat every week!
