Heading To LA

I am so excited to announce that I am a brand ambassador for Nature Made and I will be heading to LA as part of a brand ambassador trip with Glam Media to learn about their new product line VitaMelts. Not only will we be touring the Nature Made facility but we will also be filmed during our adventures. I’m going to have a one on one interview where I hope to tell you all more about my reason for becoming an ambassador for the company but also letting you all get to know me a little bit better. From candid moments to my questions you’ll all be able to see it all caught on video. Wish me luck with this part!

One of the biggest reasons for my decision to join a great team of nutrition and fitness bloggers is because this year I’m vowing to live a better and more healthy life. I know that if I’m healthy my family will follow and that’s why taking daily vitamins is so important to me. A healthy mom makes for healthy children and I’m vowing to give my kids only my best in the new year. Having the added Immune support during these cold months is of extra importance and I know that products like VitaMelts are just another way to meet my nutritional and fitness goals. For a long time now I have wanted to partner with a brand that is very health conscientious and I am looking forward to my partnership with Nature Made. .

On this trip I will not only be learning from leading nutritional experts but I have a few opportunities to ask questions from my readers, YOU!

What are some basic questions you may have about nutrition or supplements that you’d like to know? Any myths you’d like cleared up or anything you’re dying to ask please post below.

I am a compensated blog partner with Glam Media. Travel and compensation is being provided for this trip, all opinions and statements as always are my own.

I’d like to know what these might have in interactions with drugs I’m taking for my RA.
    Have fun in LA.

I have had a Gastric bypass and I need to take vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. How quickly do these vitamins get absorbed into your system?

What an awesome opportunity. My husband loves Nature Made, but he hasn’t gotten the melts yet.

I have not seen the VitaMelts I have to try them. After my lapband surgery I try to take as few pills as possible – I even take gummy multivitamins. I love that you have all three of these in the melts (3 things that I have to take besides a multi). So excited to find them and try them!
