Better Baking with Avocados From Mexico: Chewy Fudge Avocado Brownies Recipe

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Avocados from Mexico. All opinions are 100% mine.

The holidays are here and I’m still finding uses for avocados from Avocados from Mexico. Avocados from Mexico make everything better even your baking! I wanted to share this easy fudge brownie recipe of course with Avocados from Mexico as an ingredient.

Because this recipe is simple all youll want to do is replace the butter or oil in your favorite brownie recipe.

Ingredients:
1 box of your favorite brand’s brownie mix*
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup pureed Avocados from Mexico in place of oil
*Specific ingredients/amounts will vary per brand.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F for glass or metal pans, 325°F for dark or non-stick pans. Grease bottom of pan with shortening or cooking spray.
2. Combine brownie mix, eggs, pureed avocado and water in large bowl. Stir until well blended (about 50 strokes). Spread in greased pan and bake immediately.
3. Bake for amount of time per instructions on box. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.

It’s such a healthy way to use Avocados From Mexico for your baking. You can switch out the oil and butter in your favorite cookie recipes too. So what about the taste? Delicious! You have got to ty it to beleive it!

I love Avocados! Would never have thought to use them in recipes like this by replacing the oil or butter with it. I might have to try this, I’m pretty sure no one would even know the difference 🙂
