Easy Dinner Idea – Zucchini Pizza

You are here: Home / Fun Foods for Families / Easy Dinner Idea – Zucchini Pizza

Fun Foods for Families Uncategorized

Last week our family visited a local farm. When we pull up to the farm I noticed three giant zucchini and had to have one. Of course once I got it home I had to decide what I would do with such a large vegetable. My friend had told me about how she and her children make zucchini pizza so I wanted to give it a try.

I sliced the zucchini long ways but I could have made personal round pizzas easily.

I preheated the oven to 400 degrees and layered the ingredients of my pizza. Baked for 20 minutes and it was so good!

Yummers! I just need some gardener to bring me a monster zuke like that! I saw you were making these and they sounded good. Shopping, I only found little baby ones. I guess everyone could have their own baby one. Thanks for sharing – fresh & pretty!
