Roasted Cauliflower Recipe:
The recipe is really simple, I chopped a head of cauliflower added a little butter and seasonings including paprika.
I simply baked it in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes and it was so delicious! The whole family ate it up.
It cooked perfectly and when I washed the dish it easily cleaned. I love the blue color and think it’s going to be a really great piece to own.

Growing up my mother made scalloped potatoes, probably the same as other mothers. I revised the recipe to include layers of sweet potatoes and rutabaga with layers of onions and feta between layers and cheddar on top. I season each strata to my taste – garlic powder and red chili flakes. I pour in water or broth about 1/3 the way up and bake at 350F 45-60 minutes until tender.

I love all the dishes I see here and even my husband could eat them being a diabetic now. I love using a pan like this to put baked chicken breasts in and season with lemon pepper or a chicolte seasoning. I used to add rice but now have to use brown rice. Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. Great meal.

Looks delicious!
I toss cauliflower with oil, spices (like cumin and salt or italian spices), bake, and when it is almost done, I throw some shredded cheese on top (cheddar, smoked cheddar, etc) and bake or broil til the cheese starts to brown. So good!
