Being pregnant it feels as if nothing fits right and what does fit isn’t exactly comfortable or glamorous enough for an actual date night with the hubby. Shabby Apple is the maker of some really gorgeous vintage dresses and clothing. I actually own one of their dresses already and feel great when I wear it so I was so excited when they contacted me to do a review for the maternity line.

Last month my husband and I went on a very nice vacation and I really needed a nice dress to wear for our dinners out. The restaurants were very nice and while I own nice maternity clothing it never dawned on me to also buy a maternity dress. Shabby Apple sent me two dresses for our trip.

This Oh Baby dress hits just above the knee and is simply perfect for spring. The dot fabric is super cute and it’s really comfortable yet looks classic. It could be worn to the park or a nice dinner out. The bow tie is also super cute and I think it’s a great maternity dress that flatters well.

The Raven Mama dress is by far my favorite thing to wear. The fabric alone is so comfortable. It’s also a longer dress which makes it great for the rainy Pacific Northwest. It comes in either black or green but I just love the black. There is detail on the arms and a bow that ties on the side. It’s truly flattering, even when I feel like a very big pregnant woman. I love that as I have grown bigger it has grown with me and will continue to. It’s the most comfortable thing I own and you’ll often find me wearing it around the house.

Visit Shabby Apple for these and other great dresses!

You look beautiful! I didn’t know they had a maternity line. I will have to check them out for my daughter.
