This weekend our family all gathered for a special movie night featuring the hopping good movie, HOP.For the party we had a whole HOP inspired meal that included Easter Basket Cupcakes and Easter colored deviled eggs. I started out first with the decor and used HOP inspired doughnuts for a fun new treat.

I also made a HOP inspired meal to go along with our treats and fun. In honor of our rabbit friends we of course made roasted organic carrots and broccoli. I also made a roast and organic brown rice. It is a super easy meal but our family just loved it.

For participating in this movie party our family received a gift card for expenses and also a number of goodies that included the actual Hop Blu-ray Combo Pack. (Blu-ray+DVD+Digital Copy+UltraViolet) This movie is all about reaching for your dreams, no matter how far off they may be for some. The story is about a bunny named E.B. who is the Easter Bunny’s son. Of course E.B. is supposed to be the next big bunny in charge but his dreams are something different.

In the human world there is  a man named Fred who is a disappointment to his whole family, something E.B. can relate to. When their paths cross the two become roommates and both persevere with their dreams. Of course there is plenty of great music and laughs to be had along the way and in the end they both end up exactly where they should be.  The mix of animation and live action is so lifelike and our family just loved the movie!!

Find the movie in stores on 3/23!
