Cooking With Kids – Rice Krispies Hidden Surprise Easter Egg Treats Recipe

You are here: Home / Keeping Busy / Easter Ideas / Cooking With Kids – Rice Krispies Hidden Surprise Easter Egg Treats Recipe

Easter Ideas Fun Foods for Families Holiday Recipes Lunch box school lunch ideas Uncategorized

Kaila has been seeing the Rice Krispies Hidden Surprise Easter Egg Treats commercial on TV so after begging and begging if she could make them I finally said yes and bought the simple supplies. The recipe is really great for kids because literally at 7 years old she did everything besides actually making the treats on the hot stove. In fact I found she was better at hallowing out the eggs than I was. She eventually found her own method and they turned out beautifully!

After hallowing out the eggs and using plastic eggs to create the shape she put jelly beans inside. I used these since these are what we had from another recipe.

I then allowed her to decorate them any way she liked after molding them back into egg shapes.

First off, your daughter is just adorable! What a neat idea and a way for kids to get involved in the kitchen. These look fun to make and turned out super cute.

You should really invest in a good spelling/grammar checker since you seem to be making so much money off of your fraudulent blog.
