All Natural Asian Cuisine – Pad Thai Noodles & Vegetables

Fun Foods for Families

In our quest to go meatless 4 nights a week I’ve been trying to come up with fun recipes that are full of vegetables but also fill us up. Asian food is one that leads itself to being meatless, in fact I prefer it without meat.  We were sent a wide variety of all natural Asian food from Annie Chun’s. I am already familiar with the brand since it’s all natural and I often see it in my organic and natural food section at the grocery store.

I honestly have never had Thai food but have always wanted to try it. I decided to make Annie Chun’s Pad Thai Brown Rice Noodles with their sauce.

After sauteing fresh veggies, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts I simply added the cooked noodles to my pan. In a matter of of 20 minutes we had a fresh and delightful meal that the whole family loved. I’m excited to see what other natural creations I can come up with next!

Yum! this looks so good. I have always wanted to try Thai food also. This sounds super easy to make and a great way to have a meatless meal.
