There’s something about a fresh tasting snack that really brightens my day. Fresh basil is one of those herbs that I just love but probably don’t use enough. It smells great, and when used right can really turn bland into BAM! Bruschetta is a refreshing snack that makes me feel like summer is coming and also goes great with any meal.
Bruschetta with Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil |
Ingredients
- french bread
- organic vine tomatoes
- fresh basil
- mini mozzarella balls
- organic olive oil
- pepper
- garlic
Instructions
- For a firm texture I prepared the tomatoes with the harder parts and left the gooey seeds out.
- Cut basil in small pieces
- Add olive oil and mozzarella balls.
- Season and prepare to taste.
