The reason I’ve been using Craftsman branded tools for over 10 years now is because I can find them easily at a Sears or Kmart, they are affordable, and if they break (which has been very rare), then any Sears store will exchange it hassle free. And when I mean hassle-free I mean that, no receipt anywhere in the nation.
