As a parent we have many choices, and this week with Disney we’re discussing skincare and how parents can make healthy choices when it comes to protecting their children’s skin. During the summer that means teaching them to stay protected with a sunscreen. Products like the ones made All Terrain offer a number of components in a natural formula parents can trust. Plus you’re kids will find some of their favorite Disney characters on the packaging.
Living in the Pacific Northwest we spend a lot of time outdoors. From camping to playing in our local parks whenever the sun shines we appreciate the outdoors and we need to stay protected. I never wanted putting sunblock on to be an annoying experience for my children, I wanted them to want to put it on.
I have found that by allowing your children to put it on themselves (even at first) it gives them a sense of responsibility. As a parent I am also looking for natural products that aren’t going to harm my family, I can easily say I found a few products I really do like in conjunction with Disney.
We went camping last weekend and brought the All Terrain Herbal Armor which had no harmful chemicals and easily sprays on. It worked great and was everything I wanted in a big spray and my kids felt good about putting it on. No fighting,it’s nice to add a little character to products we’re already using and buying but even better when it works!
From herbal armor to keep the bugs away to sunscreen. For those times that they forget, a soothing gel for sunburns the Disney All Terrain products work well all throughout the year. I help keep my children’s skin protected and encourage them to create healthy behaviors .

How are you helping your kids to create healthy skin habits? Do they fight the sunscreen like my oldest used to?
I am a compensated Disney brand ambassador but this is my real life. Disney is just as passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as I am. All opinions and children are creations of my own.
