Fun Foods For The 4th – White Bacon Ditali Salad

Fun Foods for Families

I found this cute little pasta while on a trip to Whole Foods and knew it would be perfect for a pasta salad. I like to mix things together and see how they taste as I go along. This is a salad you can easily put your own twist on. I believe in buying in season, especially if you are buying organic fruits and vegetables, it’s a lot easier on your wallet.  My husband always says my salads have too much cheese, I need a little meat! That’s exactly what the bacon is for along with texture and flavor!

  • Ditali Pasta

That looks amazing. I have never really liked mayo, I wonder if I tried greek yogurt instead? I’ll have to test that with a tiny batch.
