I can hardly believe that this year I have two little ones going back to school. Being in third grade requires a healthy start to each day and that’s exactly how I plan on starting the day out for my girls. As we head into fall it’s especially important that your child’s health and immunity are ready for all the germs and sicknesses that will be going around.
In our family we start each day with a healthy breakfast and our meals contain plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. As a parent I often worry that my children just don’t get enough of what they need. Between gymnastics and full time activities we are a very busy and active family.
One product we use in our home is L’il Critters Immune C gummy bears. They provide kids with not only the power of Vitamin C but also Zinc and Echinacea which both help to aid and support their growing immune systems. It’s fun and tasty and a great way to start out the day. The Omega-3 DHA is a vitamin not many parents are aware of. It can play an important role in your child’s overall health and many parents do not know that unfortunately 95% of children in the U.S. do not eat a seafood rich diet.
Lil Critters Omega-3 DHA Gummy Fish offers a healthy, convenient and delicious way for kids to get an excellent source of the DHA their growing bodies and brains need. We also add in a Lil Critter Gummy Vites Complete which offers a variety of vitamins children need to be strong and healthy all within a fun and very tasty gummy bear. Personally I love to surprise my girls with one in their lunchbox and it’s a great way to power them through the rest of their school day.
No matter the time of year it is important for our children to start their day in the healthiest way. With a good nights sleep and plenty of exercise kiddos can stay healthy all year round. How are you building health and immunity before the school year starts?
L’il Critters™ are the #1 child gummy vitamin. We are the better tasting gummy vitamin that is preferred by Kids and trusted by Moms. “We Make Nutrition Taste Good.”
