I live a very food centric life so while entertaining that always is my main focus. I want the food to look and taste the best. Man I wish I could have a refrigerator like this! I had to read your article after I saw ‘blast chiller’ because I watch Chopped on Food Network all the time and I love seeing what people can do with a blast chiller.
