Roasted Cauliflower Recipe – Oven to Tableware Collection by Denby Giveaway

I love products that make my life easier, especially when it comes to cooking. I was recently sent a set of Oven To Tableware Dishes from Denby. Made form ceramic these pieces can be used in the oven, microwave, freezer or refrigeration. They can also go from oven to table and still look great. They’re the perfect summer serving dish for picnics but they also work!

I decided to put one of these dishes to the test and make a great side dish to go with our dinner.

Roasted Cauliflower Recipe:

The recipe is really simple, I chopped a head of cauliflower added a little butter and seasonings including paprika.

I simply baked it in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes and it was so delicious! The whole family ate it up.

It cooked perfectly and when I washed the dish it easily cleaned. I love the blue color and think it’s going to be a really great piece to own. Thanks to Denby for providing me with this product to review.

Denby is giving one reader one of the large oblong Oven To Tableware Dish.

    Looks delicious!

I toss cauliflower with oil, spices (like cumin and salt or italian spices), bake, and when it is almost done, I throw some shredded cheese on top (cheddar, smoked cheddar, etc) and bake or broil til the cheese starts to brown. So good!

I would love to make a baked yellow zucchini dish in this! Last year I got a few large bags of yellow zucchini from the auction for a dollar (not each, total!) and ended up frying most of them because I didn’t have an appropriate serving/baking dish!

  16. Jane Squires says

I love all the dishes I see here and even my husband could eat them being a diabetic now. I love using a pan like this to put baked chicken breasts in and season with lemon pepper or a chicolte seasoning. I used to add rice but now have to use brown rice. Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. Great meal.

Growing up my mother made scalloped potatoes, probably the same as other mothers. I revised the recipe to include layers of sweet potatoes and rutabaga with layers of onions and feta between layers and cheddar on top. I season each strata to my taste – garlic powder and red chili flakes. I pour in water or broth about 1/3 the way up and bake at 350F 45-60 minutes until tender.
