I can’t say that I’m always the most eco-friendly, but in the past years my family has taken steps to think more about how we impact the plant, and that includes the food we eat.
Great Wolf Lodge, one of the best things about winter in the Pacific Northwest has also taken steps too. I’ve teamed up with Great Wolf Lodge for a whole weekend of mom blogger fun, all centered around around the message.
How can we as moms given our busy schedules and kids, have easy solutions for being more eco-friendly? Of course since I’m playing hostess I’ve taken a little of my own views into the mix and will be introducing the moms to some of my favorite organic food brands. While I know buying organic isn’t always in the budget I hope to offer the moms more information on organic foods and what makes them different. Of course also supporting our local economy is an easy way to be more eco-friendly, the more you buy locally the more the market as a whole will demand it.
Of course it’s not all business either, each mom will have full access to the water park were our families will join for hours of fun. Thanks to one of our biggest supporters Nature’s Path, the moms will be treated to dinner and some exciting desert ideas made with Nature’s Path at The Mark Olympia. A local certified organic restaurant. There’s a lot of things we can learn together and I am excited to be not only hosting but planning the entire event.

I cannot wait! I am anxious to learn more about eating organically and other tips on being eco-friendly!
Wow. That sounds like fun….have fun to you and everyone who goes.
HI. I found you on the fence. I am now following you via twitter:) Just wanted to stop and say hello. You can find me at http://www.bouffeebambini.blogspot.com
I’m excited to see all of you and learn more about eco living.
I try – but I am not to eco-friendly – I just don’t have the time (I know terrible excuse)
How fun to spend a weekend at Great Wolf Lodge (I hope to take the kiddos there some day). I think it’s great that they’re trying to be more eco-friendly too-nice to know!
What a great idea to have this summit. Our family has been going green, organic and eco friendly step by step over the past couple of years. It good to see vacation spots that are too.
I have a problem with the overall premise of your article but I still think its really informative. I really like your other posts. Keep up the great work. If you can add more video and pictures can be much better. Because they help much clear understanding.
thanks Ishizaki.
