My friends joke about it, my husband jokes about it my love for organic foods has turned into an obsession. Well not really obsession but preoccupation. Yes, I seek out natural organic products. For myself and for my children. If I had a pet it would eat organic too. You can call me crunchy. You can call me granola. Call it what you want to I feel great and my skin looks great. That’s the tell tale sign you know. Feeling good after you eat. More importantly is having my children feel good after they eat.
Don’t get me wrong here. I am a snacker. I love snacks! My children love snacks.
You can buy healthy organic snacks too.
Here’s a challenge take just one step. Switch to organic milk, or buy some natural snacks for your children. I guarantee the after-snacktime blues will go away. I’ve noticed a considerable difference in Kai’s behavior especially after meals. Or visit a farmers market and support local businesses, you will find at times the prices are even cheaper than your grocery store!
It only takes on step to create change.

Charlie loves her organic milk and yogurt. That is one thing we don’t compromise.
Good for you and your “obsession.” There are WAY worse ones to have!! I also buy MOST everything organic and I am personally a vegetarian and feel healthy and my family as a whole is super healthy! If I had to say one of the most important things to buy organic, it’s dairy products. Thats the only way to guarantee that they cows weren’t treated with any hormones or antibiotics.
I buy all dairy milk, cheese, and butter all organic. I totally agree, if the one thing you buy organic is milk that’s one step in the right direction!
All organic produce will start with a #9 on the little sticker. Non- organics with a #4. If it’s a 9 it means it’s certified USDA organic.
