With cold and flu season upon us again I wanted to give you some easy flu tips to help keep you and your family germ free.
- Wash hands with warm soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Exercise
- Drink plenty of water.
- Eat fruits and vegetables they are full of powerful antioxidants that help fight the flu.
