A friend of mine recently asked “how on earth do you manage everything Kristin, your family seems to constantly have plans.” I told her I don’t really know how, but one of the ways I make our life easier is with easy and fast meal ideas. These meals are especially important on the days when we are really busy. Or days when I am out of the home.
Our family, like most American families loves pizza. It’s the one meal I know everyone will eat and it’s fast and easy. I don’t know if you’ve seen those take-and-bake pizzas. They always seem like such a great deal although I feel the quality is inferior. We pay the extra just to have Pizza Hut delivered.
Now for 2010 Pizza Hut is now offering the $10 pizza! That is any size, any crust Medium pizza for only $10. For only $1 extra you can also get the stuffed crust. (my fav.) but what you should know is ALL of the Pizza Hut specialty pizzas can be done for the extra buck. For example, a large Meat Lover’s pizza, which traditionally costs $17.99, is only $10.
Now families busy like mine can eat a great meal for an affordable price!

Easy dinner for me is to put ribs in the crock pot with a bottle of barbecue sauce. When I get home I make the rice and a veggie. The meat falls off the bone and is delicious.
I love all of Pizza Huts pizzas as long as it’s a pan pizza. If I had to choose it would be supreme.

Easy dinner idea: enchiladas in a pan! Just fill tortillas with whatever you want, roll them up, line them up in a pan, cover them with sauce + cheese, and bake.
My favorite pizza hut pizza is mushroom pizza with stuffed crust. Yum

easy dinner idea – the birds-eye steam-fresh meals – they are really good .. I had won a coupon. I could not believe how easy it was to cook – just throw in the microwave for a few minutes and voila – dinner for two!

I love pepperoni pizza. Tomorrow, assuming that the $10 deal is still on, I’ll be be getting a large MeatLovers pizza to bring over to a friend’s house for lunch! They don’t have a pizza Hut on their side of the river and they do love their crust!
