Want to know how the trip went? Check out our Journey to California at Del’s blog. The trip went smoothly except for a panic attack. Which I’ve never actually had, but I think I was way too tired. Upon our arrival at the Disney Grand Californian we were immediately greeted and checked right into our room without a hitch. Kaila of course spotted the pool and bounced up and down until we made our way there. Kai loves water slides and the Grand Californian has 2 different slides at the pools. With the nice weather we were lucky to get some swim time in.
I’ve never really had the chance to check out Downtown Disney so we went and did some shopping. Kaila has no clue but we’re going to buy her which is any dress she chooses inside the Castle Dress store tomorrow in Disneyland. We also picked up our collectors pin, we buy them everywhere we go and Kai has a bear that she puts them on.
We showed back up to our room and sitting there for Kaila and Brooklin was a surprise.
An adorable gift basket. Which both girls are now enjoying.
Disney supplied us all with admission to Disneyland and California Adventure. They also gave us one night at the Disney Grand. THANK YOU DISNEY!!

oh how fun!!! I hope you guys have tons of fun tomorrow. Enjoy the day and please don’t waste your time at the Princess Faire! You can see the same things throughout the park. We waited for nearly 2 hours and was told it would be a few more hours to wait. Take kai to Bippity Boppity Boutique which is to the left when you go through Sleeping Beauty’s Castle!
oh forgot to warn you, if you want to get the dress, hair, makeup.. pretty much the whole shebang it’s gonna be close to $200

How wonderful! We are DVC members so I know you will love, love, love, your stay. Everything there is magical and you will love how things seem so “great” while you are there. No bad can happen. We are always in a different world when we go!
