Giveaway Ends Dec 15th
Hallmark has been a part of my life since I was a child. My mother has been collecting Hallmark ornaments since before I was around.
Even Del’s Great Grandmother had a Hallmark picture she gifted to us when Kaila was born. The copyrighted is dated 1968 and on it is written a sweet love poem.
Every year we add new ornaments to our collection. I actually found an adorable laptop ornament last year, as well as a few others. Our children always get a new ornament to signify each year as they get older. This year Hallmark sent us this writable family tree ornament. I love the idea of these ornaments since you can make the family as big, or as small as you want. It comes with stickers to simply put over the penguins sweater. I love that this 2009 family ornament has our entire family. Including Brooklin!
I love all the new additions to the Hallmark family. The recordable cards are so neat to give out, everyone we send them to just love the personal greetings. It’s really great for my sister who’s far away, or my Mom.
Hallmark recently came out with recordable books. You can record your voice on every page and is a great gift idea for those who are far away. Or even a parent who travels a lot. I especially love that they did Christmas books, I think it would be a wonderful gift for Grandparents to give their Grandchildren. So no matter what they can always read them that special Christmas story.
Visit your local Hallmark store or Hallmark.com for these and other great gift ideas!

I just wanted to comment on the recordable books – my daughter is stationed in Iraq this holiday season so I purchased the “Night Before Christmas” book and at Thanksgiving, with the rest of the family gathered together, we each read a page in the book and then sent it to her – she called us when she received it and was overcome with happiness to hear the voices of all her family reading this cherished story to her. She said it made it that much easier to bear being away from us at Christmas. I think it’s the greatest gift idea for those far away, in the military or otherwise – thanks, Hallmark!
