Kai absolutely adores Fancy Nancy she was even Nancy from the Bonjour Butterfly book for Halloween. Every night Kai picks a different Fancy Nancy book to read. We’ve started to collect them all including the newest books Splendiferous Christmas, and Explorer Extraordinaire! For Kai there’s no better way than celebrating Christmas with her favorite gal pal Nancy.

The newest Christmas book Splendiferous Christmas follows Nancy through her favorite time of year. There are presents with elegant wrapping paper, festive decorations, Christmas cookies with sprinkles and of course a big tree!  This year, Nancy is especially excited about decorating the Christmas tree. She even bought a brand-new sparkly tree topper with her own money.

I absolutely adore this book and I know it will be a favorite throughout December. Also much to Kai’s surprise I have also been given some Fancy Nancy Christmas Wrapping Paper. The wrapping paper comes in an entire event kit and includes an adorable Activity Book, jingle bells, and the wrapping paper. The entire kit is perfect for any Christmas party with girls. There’s Nancy coloring pages, activities and even a pre-made letter to Santa they can fill out.  It makes Christmas that much more splendiferous!!

The second book Explorer Extraordinaire follows Fancy Nancy and her best friend, Bree, who set out to explore the fascinating world of wildflowers, trees, leaves, birds, and, of course, butterflies in their exclusively glamorous Explorers Club. With recipes for pinecone bird feeders and extra-fancy lemonade, an official club bird, and an exclusive map of the territory, Fancy Nancy is one Explorer Extraordinaire! I love the smaller Nancy books like these since there’s a lot to see inside and explore.

Any of the Fancy Nancy books are great for girls, we sensor certain things that Kai is exposed to but Fancy Nancy is not one of them!
