Sarah pretty much summed up the night perfectly but included in the three day festivities we were introduced to the Ninja Chopping Warrior. Tonight while trying to recreate the guacamole from Rosa’s it left me thinking
about that tip. I said in a previous post that the city might change me, and let me report it did. I left New York with a little more insight into the world. Into those who I care about most.
I realized that I’m still alive. I can still laugh hard, and cry. I can complain and console friends. I learned that not everyone is me, and I’m okay with that. I think we take a lot away from these blogging retreats, a lot more than just product info. For me it’s friendship..and community.

I love it! BTW HAWT shirt from BR!! Diggin, you look great and too much fun. Good for you on letting the city change you. Change is ALWAYS good.
Ha! Love it! I miss my girls, and could use a good hug and a good laugh, oh and some yummy guac! lol
I know what I did. I dealt with a newborn. I enjoyed every moment, except for a few. I am glad Kristin got to get out and have some time away from us. She is with the kids everyday, and the only time she is free is if Kai is in school or I have the kids. She deserved that trip.
