PepsiCo has teamed up together with a company Envirosax, to develop a line of Pepsi Bags which are made from a recycled material called recycled polyethylene terephthalate material otherwise known as RPET. Say that one 5 times fast. RPET is made from up 100% post-consumer recycled materials like soda bottles and plastic bags.  This takes a material which we have much of, and is turned into reusable bags. Each bag is designed to inspire every generation to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Envirosax bags not only save the planet from plastic bag and bottle pollution, but also help on reduce and tleast recycling existing waste creating waste. Um hello, that’s like Recycling awesomeness!

Pepsi Contemporary RPET bags by Envirosax aren’t ordinary because:

  • They are made from fully certified 100% recycled content RPET
  • The plastic bottles used in the recycled RPET materials are sourced from the USA
  • The tags are made from recycled sugar cane and printed with soy inks
  • They are fully washable and easy to carry with you everywhere!
  • They hold 40lbs in weight and roll up to a tiny, 4” parcel

There are two bag group, the Contemporary and Heritage which each have a collection of five bags. The five designs in the Contemporary collection reflect Pepsi through the ages;, starting with a time when life was simpler. This is inspired by a time when pristine unspoiled nature was abundant, and plastic bags, and bottles were fewer and far between.  The five bags in the Heritage collection feature vintage inspired graphics and designs.

Want to Buy! The Pepsi Contemporary and Heritage bags are available at http://shop.pepsiusa.com for $9.99 each.
