Leap Frog Tag Jr. Review

by Kristin on August 23, 2009

DSCN6840 Ever since we bought Kaila her first set of ABC’s LeapFrog magnets we’ve had a delightful experience. In fact they’re still on my fridge. I know it won’t be too long before Brooklin is able to explore them.

Now Kaila is in love with the LeapFrog Tag Jr. Keep in mind this tag system is for ages 2-4.  Kaila can easily grasp the larger size. We also got the LeapFrog Tag Junior Book: Mr. Brown Can Moo. Can You? book. We had to set up the online LeapFrog Connect. It only took minutes and she was able to use her books right after we downloaded the update. It took a little patience on her side, but once it was done she was able to use it right away.

Kaila loves the LeapFrog Tag Jr. and has been busy exploring the books. It is even able to be customized so when it turns on it says her name. The book themselves are cute, they have different features such as a buzzing bee or a clock.

All of the books spring to life. I highly suggest you get one of two extras since you’ll see your child enjoying reading. As I speak Kaila is repeating the words on one book. She’s enjoying it, and I enjoy the different lessons each book teaches. The Mr. Brown’s book introduces rhythm and rhyming.

Buy It! You can buy this at Amazon for $35.00. You can also buy the books for $10.99.

We have the regular Tag system, but it'll be awhile before Aiden is ready for that. I wish I could see the Tag Jr in use..but the demo at the stores is always broken…
