Since I haven’t accomplished texting yet, I use email to keep in touch with everyone in my family.
To stay connected; my friends and I usually IM each other over the internet. My son uses it on his myspace too (skype, I think is what it’s called) and it’s simply easy to use…

Almost everyone in the family has a webcam except me. I email and telephone but a webcam would be wonderful.
I use Skype as my phone and iChat on my iMac to keep in touch with family.

The main thing that lets me connect with my family is family dinner time, but with my extended family it’s our phone calls and e-mailed photos.

PHONE CALLS AND VISITS DURING THE HOLIDAYS
When my family and I can’t get together for a few months, we all get on Yahoo messenger and have a chat set up where we could all chat to one another. It really helps to remind us that we all still love each other.

Traveling together on long trips
The internet allows me to connect with your family. My parents don’t live in town and neither do my husbands parents so we really rely on the internet to stay connected with them. We used to rely more on the telephone, but we have had to cut way back on our usage since money has been tight lately! I am so thrilled that both of our sets of parents are coming to visit us for Christmas though! This is a wonderful giveaway! Thank you for the opportunity to enter.
